Automatic transmission

The software supports automatic transmissions with on-off type solenoids for gear shifting and torque converter lockup. PWM is only used for line pressure control solenoid.

The shift solenoids quantity can be from 2 to 4.

Solenoid is activated with 12V, and draws a relatively high current. Therefore, an external adapter is required to connect the solenoids. It converts the low-side channels of the ECU into powerful high-side channels.

The rating of the fuses and the wire sizes must be selected according to the actual consumption of the solenoids.

  • S1, S2 - gear shift solenoids
  • SLU - torque converter lock-up solenoid
  • SLT - line pressure control solenoid
  • OIL TEMP - automatic transmission oil temperature sensor
