Introduction

The software package consists of 3 parts:

1. Invent Commander

This is a Windows application to control the ECU.

Distributed as single file. No need to install, just run InventCommander_5.1.1.exe

It can record log files, update the firmware, and edit calibrations.

2. Firmware

This is a program that works inside the ECU. This program makes complex measurements and calculations for controlling fuel injectors, coils, idle valve, and other devices.

Firmware is uploaded to the ECU with Invent Commander.

Distributed as .ibp files: invent_ems_firmware_5.1.1.ibp

3. Calibrations

This is a collection of settings.

Calibration tells the firmware how to work with a specific engine. They describe the characteristics of the engine, sensors, valves, injectors, etc.
