Injector rails
Rail switching mode
Specifies the mode for switching injector rails
You have to use relays for controlling the fuel rails supply. Relays are controlled with "Rail1" and "Rail2" output modes.
Off
Injector rails do not switch
Gas/petrol auto switching
Enables auto-switch mode. Start on petrol, then switch automatically to gas. If gas tank is empty - switch back to petrol.
External switch can be used to force operation on petrol.
External LED can display current operating state.
- Petrol - Calibrations Set #1
- Gas - Calibrations Set #2
By outputs Rail1/Rail2
Rail switching rules are set in output settings.
- Rail1 uses injector parameters from Calibrations Set #1
- Rail2 uses injector parameters from Calibrations Set #2
With calibrations
Rails are switched together with the calibration sets
- Rail1 uses injector parameters from Calibrations Set #1
- Rail2 uses injector parameters from Calibrations Set #2
Second row of injectors on INJ5-8
EMS-2 on 2-4-cylinder engines allows you to connect a second row of injectors (or gas injectors) to four free outputs INJ5-INJ8.
Gas/petrol changeover
This is where the gas/petrol auto switching settings are adjusted
The start takes place on petrol, when the specified temperature is reached, the gas valve turns on, and in a couple of seconds the engine switches to gas.
When the gas pressure drops significantly, the engine switches to petrol.
