Hi, my Car is now Running.
Performance is much better than with the old KE-Jetronic, the engine runs much smoother now! :co_ol:
I still need to check my Idle switch but this should not concern driving performance.

I have a couple of questions:
1. Can someone please check my Log File? I am not sure but it seems that the AFR is to high (lean) when accelerating.
Which values would you recommend for safe minimum and maximum AFR?

2. Are my Injectors too small? I have 5x Bosch 0 280 158 502 . Would Injectors with an higher CC be better(performance)?

3. Can someone recommend me settings/map for best Performance?
I think AFR should be lower, something like 12.5 maybe I am wrong.

4. Is it possible to use a modern Lambda Sensor (broadband) , something like an Bosch LSU 4.2?

5. Is it Possible to Use 2 maps (I think its possible) and switch between the two maps using a Switch connected to the ECU?
For example: one map for performance and one map for fuel economy.

This is not real AFR because you use narrowband lambda. It's just rich-lean state, displayed by gauge. Think of it as lambda voltage: rich or lean; To see actual AFR you need to connect WBO kit, like AEM UEGO, instead of narrowband sensor. WOT AFR is tuned to 12-12.5.

Injectors are just fine with 4bar fuel pressure. Generally, this engine isn't performant. 2.0 16v is more fun to drive. I think because of cams/intake design. But you can achieve some marginal improvements in top end using larger injectors, for example 0 280 158 107

You don't need 2 maps for performance, this is just a common misunderstanding, coming from era, when people were not understanding ECU operation, and performance tuning was just about forcing ECU to make richer AFR. Throttle pedal is your power regulator. More throttle - more power.
Locked
