Need help: Idle controller keeps ICV open after transmission load

Okay, thanks! Now I know where should I install the EMUL wire and the ignition coil wire. If I connect these two wires to the terminal what I can see on the picture, will the RMP meter work in the cluster as well? Also, you mentioned something about the fuel pump relay. Should I connect it to this terminal as well?

In my case I fed tacho and fuel pump relay from "emul" wire.

Also, how can I power the ignition coil?

Fuel pump relay and tacho are already connected to this terminal, all thing that you should do is to connect control wire of ignition coil and "emul" wire to this terminal. About power: you can took +12V from old coil.

Should the new hall sensor's signal wire be connected to the DH cable on the ECU? Because it is currently connected to the AN. If I understand correctly EMUL wire is supplying the hall sensors signal to the RMP cluster and will steer the coil as well?
One last question: where did you get these type of connectors from (for the coil and for the crankshaft sensor)?

Yes, DH on hall sensor, "emul" on TD terminal, it will be control tacho and ignition coil. Can't say about connector for hall sensor, cause I don't use it, but for ignition coil there is VAG 357972753 part no.

Just out of curiousity: Is it nessesary to replace the crankshaft sensor to a hall sensor ot can it stay?

Yes, you must replace the crankshaft sensor to a hall sensor.

You can take it from from old coil.

Okay, thanks! I just didn't know if the coil's 12v would fit for the hall sensor as well. But then, I will connect it in paralell with the new coil.

I tried to install it today, but I immediately run into an issue. The old wire connecting the coil and the distributor does not fit for the new Facet ignition coil. What cable do you use @oleksiyko? Also, is there anything else what I should change or expect to be changed? I mean idk if the original distributor will fit for the new coil, etc...

try to pull off the rubber seal from the old cable and put it onto the new one.

I can not do it, because the connectors are not the same type. The new Facet unit has a stick inside it's connector, while the original has just a hole. Now I have no idea what type of cable should I use for this scenario.

VESO116 BERU I took this connector.

We got the central wire for the VAG coil and replaced the rubber part taken from the Mercedes wire.

Thank you so much for you help. At the moment I feel more comfortable modifying the existing cable via changing the original coil's plug on the cable to the BERU VESO116. Hopefully after this modification the new coil will fit in place. Is there anything what I should look for while modifying the cable or is it simple?
After I did the modification we already discussed, will it be an easy win or will I have to modify other things as well? Like I don't know if I will have to adjust the Zero Angle Correction or something?
