Need help: Idle controller keeps ICV open after transmission load

In my case I fed tacho and fuel pump relay from "emul" wire.

oleksiyko so you completely removed the original ECU and EZL modul?
If so will it also work on the Audi 5 Cylinder engines?

theob Yes, I removed EZL an KE-Jetronic totally. There is only Invent for both systems, injection and ignition. About Audi, can't say for sure, but I think that you can do so.

I could not remove the ECU because then the sensor readings went crazy. So I kept the original ECU.

To remove the EZL, you need to replace the crankshaft position sensor.

oleksiyko ok thanks, but how did you handle the Signals for the Cluster (RPM and speed) and other Things that were controlled by the stock ecu and ezl for example Lambda heating?

For example the idle and full load switch, the coolant temperature sensor readings were completly off, etc…
After I reconnected the ecu everything was normal.

Those are handled by the KE-Jet ECU, not the EZL

Yes I know. I wrote that I could not remove the KJet ECU because of this. I was notalking about the EZL in this case. Sorry if I wrote it in a way it could be misunderstandable.

drippytess Idle and full load switchs can work without ECU, coolant temperature sensor too, only thing you must to do is to make right adjustment in app.

Here mine:

For adjusting CLT-sensor enter Parametres-->Sensors-->CLT calibration, choose "Manual" and "Separate sensor" then click three dots and press "Calculate", upload to ECU and switch off ignition. Detach KE ECU, switch on ignition, check Invent indications.

Okay, cool, thank you! Is there anything else I should so to completely remove the KJet ECU? I installed the InventJetronic system like how it is mentioned in the manual. I did nothing further. I still have the original EZL module and I think it is controlled by the KJet ECU. Also, I heard that the lambda heating is controlled by it.
So in sum, what should I do to conpletely remove?

Is idle valve controlled by invent or KE ECU? If by invent, then you can remove KE ECU completely.
EZL module is standalone system.

As you can see, lambda heating (29) is connected paralelly fuel pump (20) and controlled by fuel pump relay (18).

Thanks for the explanation! So I just have to recalibrate the TPS and the CLT, right?

Also, I have some more questions about my original problem. I finally managed to have an idle around 750, I just had to play around with the minimum position on 60. What if I do not enable the lambda adaptation? Will it hurt at all? I tried to adjust the ful correction on idle, because my car is running rich on idle. The problem is, that the more I lean out the mixture at idle, the leaner it will be under load as well. So it will be good on idle, but lean under load with the same amout. Or what if I don't touch the corrections (I use the calibration from the firmware I did not modify it) and enable the adaptation?

Is TPS and CLT working properly now? Cause if not then you can't adjust Invent properly. Did you do this instructions: https://invent-labs.com/jetronic/docs/en/setup/firststart.html#preparing-for-adjustment
