so I checked the iCV piping and it's tight, I tried it with smoke, and no leaks.

if I open the idle screw, the engine actually picks up 2500RPM

here's a diagram of my idle screw, which has two inputs. one is set by the idle screw and the other by the Idle controler with the ECU. Normally the one with the Idle is also set with the screw and the other is a direct input. let me know if you want pictures.
I'm really trying to follow your advice, but the M102 engine has undergone a lot of Update.

Please do the following test:
Connect 2 wires directly from the battery to the ICV. The engine should go up to 2500 RPM immediately.

Also, take a photo of your ICV

Hello, so remove the valve and I cleaned it, then I connected it to my car battery and nothing happens. Is there a frequency or some things to know? Because when it is on the car and connects to the shield I have the consistent values but without impacts on the slow motion…

This is the valve of the Mercedes 190th phase 1
It has two wires and works in the same way: more air = more current

Hi Hector. I remember this auxilary air valve works with a BI-metal. it is supposed to add more air during heat up of the engine. check this video https://youtu.be/koKeXklu5wY?si=nkPQH5d_R-NYreTb.
I guess the new ECU uses a PWM (Pulse WIdth Modul) signal to proporetionally open and close the valve.

Currently I have a slow motion that holds hot and cold. But around 1100 rpm.

And so when I drive and downshift the engine brake doesn't really have an effect

Well, if nothing happens when you connect 12v to the ICV, then it is not working. This is consistent with what I see in the logs.

Yes it seems logical to me too, I will still test it with a multimeter and see if I can't do something because the room costs between €100 and €150

Well, i think i screwed up somewhere. i tested the valve with a multimeter on Ohm and the current flows well so it's not cut off. i also tried moving it with a screwdriver and it moves well.

Correct, you need a progressive valve, controlled by PWM.
Simple on-off valve won't work.
