Slow motion that dies M102

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my M102 motor.
The assembly and tests seem to be correct.

The car runs but it turns out that after a few minutes of heating the idle no longer holds and the engine dies.
I also have very little power under the accelerator pedal.
It seems to be holding back.

I may have screwed up the calibrations. My idle cable is connected to my valve. and the valve is checked!

do you have any idea? i can make some logs if you want.

here are my parameters with a first log on, and a second one off when warm. i noticed that when i turn it on full blast, the map sensor indicates a value close to 100, as if the air was only passing through the ICV. I'd like to point out that the bypass is blocked.

Can't say anything without seeing a lambda and a calibrations file.

You have to install lambda to diagnose this issue

in the meantime, i'm not going to install the probe just yet. do you see anything in particular in my calibrations? i'm thinking of starting from zero on a clean slate and repeating the adjustments.

Well, I guess the car dies because of the lack of fuel. But I can't verify my guess.

I'm currently using the M102.IMF calibrations, with a few modifications for the sensors of course. For my M109.962 4-cylinder, 2L petrol engine, is this the right calibration?

You can try any of 3 calibrations for M102 and choose which works best for you.

In this log there is a huge problem with the engine rpm readings. It wasn't visible in the older logs. Please record a longer log with the engine starting and running. Such short logs don't give much information.
The mixture is rich, so it shouldn't be a problem now. But check the condition of the spark plugs.

Okay, I'll do a long diary tonight, so you can see when the motor is droid and then when it's hot. I've also made a diagram so you can see how my circuit is made for my M102 962 motor.

Here's the 10-minute newscast with accelerations and stops. Everything you need. I've turned down the idle fuell because the idle holds better but still stalls when hot. and it kicks in when I don't have the idle sensor activated.

Your idle air feed is not working properly.
Idle position of 65% is almost open valve, it should bring RPM up to 2500.

I've already tested the valve, taken it apart and cleaned it. It works. Just before the additional air hose, when I hadn't clogged it, the idle was at 2500 RPM. On my model, I have a manual idle screw. Except that when the additional air pipe wasn't clogged, the screw had no impact on the idle. Should I unclog the additional air, or find a setting so that it has enough air to hold?

And before mounting the kit, the idle speed is adjusted by this screw.

If ICV works then something is wrong with the ICV piping.

well, i managed to get an idle, given that i was at -20 idle fuel. it lacked air. so i unclogged the by-pass and managed to regulate the flow with the original screw. now i have a good idle when hot. when cold i have a little too much 1100 RPM. can you tell me more about the PID adjustment? i've looked on the web and it's complicated to understand how to do this adjustment.

here's the latest log with the manual idle screw adjustment. i've noticed that it's already better but the idle oscile a bit.

The ICV still has no effect on RPM.
Unfortunately, I can’t help you if you keep ignoring my advices.
