Hi from Germany.
I can speak Russian so if someone wants to help me we could talk in WhatsApp.
But I can not read or write Russian.
I Study electrical engineering at University Stuttgart so electricity is no Problem.
I do a lot on my Car by myself, I put in a new Engine (also NG) and it was working good before I installed Invent Jetronic.
I installed the Invent Jetronic and loadet the newest firmware and Calibration (3.2.17) off the Forum.
1. My K-Full and K-idle wires are connected correctly.
2. My Map Sensor Temperature and Engine Temperature Show a difference of 3 degree (3 and 6 degree) so I think they work also.
3. I cut off the middle wire on the Jetronic wire and connected EMUL.
4. Lamda is conected (but is not important for starting)
5. I connected “DH” in a parallel to the middle pin of the hall-sensor and I enlarged the Window by 1.1mm

6. I tested the 5 Injectors and they clicked.
7. I tested Spark of the first Cylinder and the spark plug is working

8. Fuel Pump is working and Fuel is coming out the Fuel Rail if I remove a Injector.

9.I had Bosch 0 280 158 502 Injectors in my Kit and Selected them in the Commander.
10. My Fuel Pressure Regulator is 4 Bar UFI 31 833 00

-> Spark plugs are dry after Starting attempt so I think the Engine does not get any Fuel?

What could be the problem?
I am currently translating the Manual in German so please help me to fix my system.
I will post the German Manual in an German Audi 80 and Audi 100 Forum so there could be a lot of German clients if it works!

It's possible that calibrations of ECU are broken. You need to open calibrations file for your engine, and write it to the ECU (see manual for details)

Then just wait 30sec, turn off ignition, and try to start engine.
If it doesn't help - record log of start attempt, and put it here.

I changed my +12V Ignition wiring it was bad.
I also loaded Calibration again.

Now when I start I get Misfires in the exhaust I could not try a lot this evening because it was already dark.
NOTE: While trying to start the Temperature of the MAP Sensor went up because of the Missfires I could feel the Aluminium Intake Manifold getting warm so the Temperature difference in the LOG is correct.

-> I will try to adjust my Ignition timing I already tried a few positions without success but my Spark Plug was already wet.
I think the Car will start tomorrow when I adjust the Ignition.

Hello, this morning I tried a lot of different positions on the Distributor, of course I tried 0 degree.
The Engine does not start, only misfires in the Exhaust.

I am connected via Bluetooth, my OBD-USB Kabel is not working. Please check the Picture if I connected the Kabel correct.
Do I need special software for the Cabel to work?

Please check is I enlarged the window correctly on my Distributor (Photo).

I also tested firmware and Commander Version 3.2.14 everything was the same.

The Engine was working before I Installed the Invent-Jetrinic Kit, so the Engine should be ok, also I never had Issues with my Ignition.

Please Check my Pictures If everything looks OK.

And Please look at the Logs.

Very nice car!

I see no problems in log so far. ECU receives good RPM signal, and injection is working.

It seems that shomething went wrong during distributor assembly. You should recheck everything.

The Distributor was the Problem, it was assembled 180 degree to the wrong position, I rotated it and now the Cat Starts and Works.

The RPM were over 1700 and the Idle Valve was working 100% which is strange, if I change manual position to something like 40% the car Idles normal.

I will upload a new LOG file while the Car is Running tomorrow, I think its a minor Issue.

I finished for today and will continue Tomorrow, thank you very much for your Help!!!


EDIT:

I let the car Idle to temperature today and The RPM are way to high (1800) when I put the Idle valve in "auto" because it goes to 99%.
When I put manual Idle at 40% it works good.

Why is the Idle Valve always going to 100% what is the issue?

It is known issue. It points to defective Idle switch. Idle switch is dirty or worn out, and it produces impulses instead of steady signal. It causes wind up of idle position.
You should cleanup or replace idle switch. And recheck it's position.
