Our location
We're located in Lviv, near the Poland. It's one of the safest cities in Ukraine by now. The probability of death by a terrorist missile is about the same as being hit by a car at the streets: it could happen, but nothing really to worry about, if you take security measures.
Payments
We usually receive payments with Visa/Mastercard/Google Pay/Apple Pay in UAH.
Today, exchange rates are very unstable, with large spread. Bank can charge you more than expected. To avoid this, we accept PayPal payments in USD/EUR.
Stock
We learned lessons of a COVID times, and made reserves. So we have all products in stock.
Shipping
Logistics are complicated because of war: no air connection, overloaded ground paths. You should expect delays. Average delivery time jumped from 2 to 4 weeks and more. That's the sad part, we can't do much about it.
