Hi, i am having some issues starting my 1.8t. I've configured whatever settings i knew, but there are some I don't understand how to configure correctly. i used the default crank trigger settings for the Audi 1.8t. car has 71% ethanol, 1150cc injectors, flex fuel sensor, gm ls ignition coils, gm 3 bar map sensor. stock crank and cam sensors. I can send my tune file if someone is willing to look at it. The pictures are of the settings i have in invent ems2 and my old tunerstudio tune file.

First, 1000cc will work in Phased mode only

2nd, Oil protection kicks in, make sure you configured protections properly

Hi JHM, yes i realized i had that wrong and changed both to phased. i have the stock cam sensor connected to dh1. do i need to specify that as vvt1 angle 1 in the digital outputs tab?
how do i set up the oil protection? im not sure what value its asking for. psi, bar? i left it at default setting cause i was unsure.

when i tried starting and looked at the diagnostics tab, i dont seem to get any ignition advance, dwell time, or injector duty.

Got the car running. Base timing table is requesting 10⁰ timing at idle, but the ignition advance window is showing 25⁰ in the software. What is recommended to check for ensuring the base table and actual timing matches?

check if ECU is actually in Idle mode
ECU has idle stabilization by advance feature
ECU has separate idle advance table
