High Idle after Firmware Update

Hello,
my car has an very high Idle RPM after updating to 4.1.6 from 4.0.8. I did erverything ecsactly like the 4.0.8 where my car was runing perfect. I even tryed to go back to 4.0.0 and also tryed other Firmware Version like 4.1.5 but i always have a idle RPM about 1900 RPM. I think i have no engine problem because it was runing perdect before 4.1.6

I have posted about this Problem a few Weeks ago but i think my post got deleted.

Have you tried the default calibrations from the 4.1.7?

I tried it today with commander and firmware 4.1.7 update 2 and the stock calibrations from 4.1.7 for Audi 2.0 5 cylinder (in the folder from 4.1.7 ist says 4.1.5 Audi 5 cylinder 2.0, why? ist this a problem?)

Idle was still high i even compared the valve numbers with them in the Commander.
The first log shows how the engine runs when warm with the high rpm.
When i use the manuel slider in the Commander the Valve DOES NOT MOVE!
Then i tried to block of the valve inlet completly while engine is running which you can see on the other log. The idle rpm goes slidly down but engine does not go out.
So ist it a air leak or something wrong wit the valve?

If you block the idle valve piping, the engine should go down to 500..600 RPM. Otherwise, there's air leak.

And when i use the Manuel slider i can see how the valve is moving? Because its not.

Did you noticed anything wrong in the logo because the valve position is also always the same.
So now i dont know is the valve defect because it allways stays at the same position or is something wrong wirh the Software so its not Controller the valve?

Edit: Resistance between bith valve Pins ist around 9 Ohm.
What should i messure at the pin from the cable?

Yes, the valve should move when using the manual slider.

Check if 12V power is present at the ICV connector

Between pin 1 and 2 i have 0V
Between pin 1 ang Ground 12V
Between pin 2 and and Bat + i have 0V
Between pin 2 and Ground 0V

I messured it when engine is not running an ignition is on

Try powering the ICV from the battery. It should open.

I connected the valve to a 12V Batterie and it worked finde.
Do you think my measurments are ok at the the connector. I thought i should have 12 V betreten pin 1 and 2 when ignition is on?

there is PWM at the IDLE output of the ECU, you can't measure it reliably with the multimeter

Could be an air leak at the throttle body
