Jetronic no bluetooth connection

Hi,
I´m currently installing the jetronic system on my Audi 100 C3 with NF-engine. I tried to connect via Bluetooth. Unfortunately, without success. I was able to connect via the K-line connection to do the first configuration, the firmwareupdate and all the other settings.

Afterwards, I wanted to test the Android Dashboard (4.4.8). Unfortunately, my smartphone also cannot find the Jetronic via Bluetooth.
I've read that there are problems with the bluetooth connection to the HC06 module. Will there be an update soon?

i have a same issue. just installed jetronic module that was bought in January and not able to access Bluetooth.

The issue was that the Chinese supplier sent us a batch of modules with the wrong firmware (BLE version). We only noticed this recently.

We have therefore developed a new version of the dashboard app that can connect to these devices.

I have no solution for the desktop Commander app yet.

JHM I have the same issue.
If I understand correctly, if you just replace BT module it should work?
Can you share the BT module's PN so I/we can buy and replace it? Thanks!

If your BT device name is something like "X__x_", you can fix it with the following steps:

Download attached firmware package v4.1.7_rc1

invent-jetronic-firmware-417-rc1.zip

First, backup your calibrations, and update the firmware

Open your existing Commander (4.1.5, 4.1.2, whatever you're using now)
Read your calibrations from the ECU and save them to the file
Update firmware to v4.1.7_rc1
Close your Commander

Now, the actual fix

Open Commander v4.1.7_rc1 and connect
Press this button, and follow the instructions carefully
Unpair your BT device, if paired
Search for BT device. Now you should see a proper BT device name.

This firmware is not ready for production. You can play around with it, if you want.
Reverting the firmware:

Update firmware back to your old one.
Run the old Commander you were using before.
Restore calibrations from your backup file

Hey there,
short feedback to the bluetooth issue.
Your workaround with the naming works fine.
My laptop sees the jetronic and I'm able to couple. But the commander does not connect to the jetronic. I used the outgoing COM port, but nothing happens.
Afterwards I tried my android phone with android 16. The phone can't see the device and no connection was possible. So I tried an older tablet with android 11. There it works fine.

My phone with android 16 works just fine.
Some phones have an option, something like 'Show older devices while pairing'.
