To feed the RPM signal directly to the Invent ECU, and from Invent to the new ignition coil:
- replace crankshaft sensor at the flywheel with the Hall-effect
- replace stock coil with the new ignition module
- connect hall sensor signal to the DH wire
New crankshaft sensor:
A6429050000 / 9.0654 FACET / 37984 FEBI

New ignition coil:
VAG 357905115 (credits to Manuel Steinhagen)
- Dwell time: 5ms
- Active level: 5V

Set custom engine settings in the ECU:
- Those options are the same for both M102 and M103

Fix for hardware prior to v2.5
- We figured out that EMUL wire is unreliable for driving a recommended coil, and fixed the hardware in revision 2.5
- For older hardware, you need to use an external MOSFET to drive the coil.
- When using this schematic, you need to set the Coil active level to 0V
