Successful installed! need experts opinion

my engine (VW EA827, high compression, sport camshaft) is running well with the Jetronic!!!

I have further questions about optimization:

1.) Can I use a additional throttle position sensor together with MAP?

2.) Can I also use a crankshaft sensor?

3.) Driving slow causes jerking if rpm and load is low. How can I improve it?
