Hey JHM I’m looking to add a supercharger to my 102 what injectors/sensors would I need to swap out also what map would you use just the premade turbo map and modify it for the 2.3.

yes, you can use them as the starting point

JHM hey jhm I’m fitting together the new injectors and they look a lot shorter. do you think I could get away with using oem injector seals to make up the distance. I would make the fuel rail shorter but it doesn't have clearance because of pcv and idle components.

Well, that's expected. You'll have to redo the mounting brackets
In fact, you don't want to use spacers unless you really need to.

I would make it shorter but it runs into the aluminum piece for the IACV. Here’s a picture of it fitted with spacers and testing it no gas is leaking out any particular reason why spacers are bad.

So the supercharger was a failure for the most part if I want to go back to NA do I have to switch the map sensor back to the old one or what setting should it put so that it works as usual with the 400kpa map.

Also video is still coming out but a little different

You can switch to N/A settings, but keep the manual calibration of the MAP sensor,

Do you think the new 400kpa map sensor could be faulty I can’t seem to get the car to idle naturally aspirated I see the 400kpa calibrations but still nothing it’s hunts badly then shuts itself off. I’ll try to reinstall the old one to see if it works.
