Jetronic idle control

I've got the jetronic fitted and it's working great, except for one thing. After driving for a bit the engine idles high (1500 rpm) for a while and then very slowly ramps down to it's set idle value. I've checked for air leaks.

The idle switch it working as it should.
Is there something that would cause this or have I input some incorrect values somewhere?

On the 4.0.18 firmware it could happen in one specific case: You start the cold engine, and start driving immediately, not allowing the ECU to settle RPM. When you finally stop, the ECU starts to regulate RPM from the last known point - high RPM after start.

I have a problem with idling.
It blocked at 1200 rpm. When I connect the factory connector it runs at 900 rpm.
Idle valve is checked.

Between the pins on the old connector (standard ECU) a measured 12-13V.
I measured 2.3 V on jetronic connector.
Voltage is ok. but ground os very weak.
Measured in run engine.
Can you help me?
