Cant connect PC to MicroDisplay

I cant connect my PC to the MicroDisplay.
The K Line goes from the Display to the OBD2 Interface and from the Interface back to the Jetronic Control Unit. (like a Y or T connection)
Is this correctly wired?
When i connect my PC per USB to OBD2 the PC dosent find the MicroDisplay.

Wiring is correct.

In order to connect, display should be turned on.

When i conect my PC to the OBD2 Interface the Display will not turn on only if i turn Ignition on.
The Red light is glowing on the Interface.
When i open the Software (2.2.2) and connect COM5 USB and press READ it says ERROR READING CONFIG, what dows this mean.
I tried every USB Port on my Laptop.

Is the display working when the ignition is on, and cable disconnected?

When the ignition is on but the KLine is disconected the Display is not working

You should fix this issue first.
Display detects 12V from the Invent ECU K-Line interface, and turns on.
Recheck display connections.

Red = 12v Battery
Brown = Gnd
Black = K Line
Green = Speed
White = Dimmer (i put 12V ignition on it)
Yellow = Btn

Everything works perfekt

When i have my PC connected and the Ignition and Display is on and i turn the Ignition off the Display turns off. I read on your Website that the Display should stay on when a Adapter or PC is connected.

No, its not the case. You can connect to the display when ignition is ON (or KLINE adapter is powered with 12V), otherwise the display will go to sleep.

It is like the ECU dosent find my PC because the Display dosent turn on when I conect it with the Kline to the PC.
The LED on the OBD2 Conecter is glowing Red when i conect them so i Thing the blue OBD2 Conector is OK.

If you can connect to the ECU with the KLine cable, then cable is OK.

Do the following:

Connect to the ECU with the Invent Commander. Display should be ON and working.
Close Invent Commander.
Connect to the same port with the Display app. It should work.

I cant even connect the Invent Commander too the ECU per USB.
I checked the com Numbers and tried every USB plug but the Invent Commander just keeped on searching.

When you unplug the cable from the laptop, does the COM3 disappear?

Yes it only shows up when the cable is pluged in

If display is working, then K-Line is operational.
So the issue can be with the cable or its drivers.
My suggestions:

check 12v anf GND on the KLine connector
try a different cable
