Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay payment cards.

The payment process takes place on the website of the payment system. We do not collect or process your bank card information.

Payment is made in UAH.

Delivery

The order is dispatched within 3 business days after payment (excluding the day on which the payment was made), unless the order requires more time, which will be notified to the Buyer.

Absence of defects in the product shall be checked before the delivery service transfers the goods to the Buyer. Upon receipt of the goods, no claims regarding completeness, integrity, and appearance are accepted.

Delivery is carried out by Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta delivery services

Warranty

The warranty period for the product starts from the date of sale.

Before using the product, we recommend that you carefully read the user manual.

Consumer claims under the applicable consumer protection legislation may be submitted during the warranty period, provided that the defects in the product did not arise as a result of the buyer's violation of the rules of operation, transportation, storage, third-party actions, or the effects of natural phenomena.

The warranty does not apply to products with damage that has occurred

• as a result of significant violations of the technical requirements specified in the operating instructions
• if the product was repaired by a person not authorized by the manufacturer
• as a result of incorrect connection, as well as instability of the power grid
• due to a significant negative impact of the environment (natural phenomena)

The defective product is repaired free of charge or replaced with a new one during the warranty period. The right to decide on the need to replace the product or repair remains with the manufacturer.

Return of goods

Returns of goods purchased on the Site are carried out in cases and in accordance with the conditions regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and in accordance with the current legislation.

All shipping costs are responsibility of the buyer.

After goods are received at our warehouse, we will check it for up to 14 business days to ensure that it meets all the rules below.
Once we have accepted and verified the return, the funds will be transferred to the bank card you provided within three business days after a full inspection of the returned goods.

You may be denied a refund if:

• the goods have been used and their look, consumer properties, seals, labels have not been preserved
• more than 14 days have passed, not counting the day of purchase
